If I book my ticket(s) online, how do I collect my ticket(s)?

You will receive your ticket(s) by email with a QR code. If you bought a Package Deal, new tickets will be issued and emailed for each event. Please check your Spam or Promotions folders for your ticket(s).

 

Are discounts available?

Yes! If you are planning to attend two or more events, you can buy a Package Deal and receive a discount of $10 or more. (Available online only until June 5th at midnight.)

 

Are VIP tickets and perks available?

Yes! There are VIP tickets with table service available for FIERA and perks like cabanas (EARTHA) and pool beds (AQUA) for purchase listed under ‘Enhance Your Experience’.

 

Are tickets sold out?

No. If an event is sold out, an official announcement will be posted on our website or Instagram. Tickets are limited in rounds in order to prevent the events from overselling. Please check the website again soon.

 

Is there an age limit?

Each event is 21+.

 

What do I wear?

Dazzle us with your pride wear if you choose! Hot weather is expected in June in DC, so please plan accordingly.

 

What do I bring?

Please bring a form of identification as all events are 21+.

 

Can I bring a bag?

For your safety, only a very small bag (like the size of your hand) or a fanny pack is allowed for AERA, EARTHA, and FIERA. For the pool party, AQUA, a bag is allowed and will be scanned at entry.

 

Can I buy a ticket at the event?

Yes, but only a limited amount of tickets will be available at the entry to each event.

 

Can I buy a Package Deal at the event?

No. Package Deals are available online only until June 5th at midnight.

 

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Each event is ADA accessible.

 

Where do I go to check in?

Each event will have security to check IDs and staff to scan tickets at the entry.
